We offer FREE UK shipping via Royal Mail 24 Tracked. Same day dispatch is orders are placed by 5pm.

We offer International Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked at a cost of £15.00.

How do I track my order?

Our shipping couriers are pretty great with over 97% of parcels delivered on first attempted delivery, however, if you are awaiting your order to be delivered and think it should have arrived by now then please email sales@cooreana.com with your order number, full name and delivery address, the customer care team will investigate the matter further for you.

You should automatically receive tracking automations from our delivery partner as soon as your order is dispatched. However, if need help with tracking or returns please email us.

The courier has damaged my item(s), what can I do?

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to sales@cooreana.com.

How do I know that my order has been successfully received?

You will receive a confirmation email from us detailing the specifics of your order. This will be sent to the email address given when you placed your order online. Please check your junk/spam email folders in case our email has gone there.

You will also be able to view successful orders online via your Cooreana account.

Is there anywhere you cannot ship to?

Not that we know of, we can ship to almost all of the 195 countries in the world! Contact us if you’re unsure.

Do I have to pay duties and import taxes?

Usually your order will be below the duty threshold, however if there are duty/import tax costs involved after shipping you would be required to pay the balance to the authority.
